Niranto
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Niranto collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Effective August 11, 2026.
Information we collect
We collect the account details you provide, such as your name and email address. When you use Niranto, we store the goals, actions, milestones, check-ins, reminders, journal-style messages, timezone, and preferences needed to provide the service.
If you enable notifications, we store a device or browser push token. We also receive limited technical information needed to secure, operate, and diagnose the service.
How we use information
We use your information to run your account, generate coaching responses, calculate progress, schedule reminders, sync across devices, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Conversation content may be processed by contracted AI and infrastructure providers solely to deliver these features.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information. We share only the data necessary with service providers that host the app, store data, deliver notifications, authenticate users, or generate AI responses, and when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Retention and your choices
We retain account information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. You can change notification and timezone preferences in the app. To access, correct, export, or delete your account and associated data, contact us at support@niranto.com.
Security and international use
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Niranto is available globally, so data may be processed in countries other than your own where our providers operate.
Children and changes
Niranto is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We may update this policy as the product evolves and will post the current version here with a revised date.
